About this app

Twenty4x brings essential vessel operations and planned maintenance activities directly to
authorized onboard users. Designed for the maritime industry, the app provides convenient
access to the Vessel and Planned Maintenance System (PMS) modules of the Twenty4X
digital fleet management platform.
Twenty4x helps vessel personnel record operational information, manage daily reporting,
monitor maintenance activities, update equipment information, and maintain structured
digital records from their mobile devices.
The Vessel Module provides a centralised digital workspace for recording and managing key
onboard operational, safety, and compliance activities.
Authorized users can access vessel-related functions including:
• Vessel Daily Report (VDR) – Record daily vessel operational information, including
vessel status, location, operational hours, fuel and lubricant consumption, personnel
onboard and other essential daily data.
• Log Book – Maintain structured digital records of vessel activities.
• Rest Hours – Record and maintain crew rest-hour information.
• Safety & Drill Updates – Record onboard safety activities and drills.
• Checklists & Forms – Complete operational forms and vessel checklists digitally.
• Event Reports – Record and maintain vessel events in a structured format.
• Risk Assessments – Document and manage vessel-level risk assessments.
• IMO Crew List – Maintain vessel crew information for operational and reporting
requirements.

Twenty4x app also provides access to essential Planned Maintenance System functions,
helping vessel personnel manage equipment maintenance activities in a structured and
traceable manner.
The Twenty4X PMS is designed to support the planning, monitoring, execution and recording
of vessel equipment and machinery maintenance. It supports both time-based and running-
hour-based maintenance schedules and maintains centralized maintenance information.
PMS capabilities include:
