edit 3 : The app is Now completely restarting the phone , causing lagging and closing the original phone UI launcher thus causing serious damage after the last update . i didn't think it could get worse but it somehow manages to do that with every update

Update: thank you for you reply, but I updated the app and still the same issue. It won't open and crashes every time I try to open it the app is crashing after the last update. I can't open the app or reach my account

The app won't open and always crash after the last update. I did everything as the customer service said but the issue is still the same. it's frustrated !!
