About this app
ADCOMA Maquinaria is the field application for ADCOMA Maquinaria, S.A. de C.V. personnel. It accompanies mechanics, drivers, and operators throughout their workday and replaces the notebooks and loose messages currently used to record operational information.
INTERNAL USE ONLY
This application is a work tool. Accounts are created and managed by the ADCOMA IT department through the web panel; the application does not allow public registration. If you are not an ADCOMA employee, you will not be able to log in.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Workshop
• View assigned work orders and their status: open, pending authorization, authorized, in progress, paused, or closed.
• Record repair progress and completed work.
• Create a new order from the device, without waiting to return to the office.
Logistics
• View scheduled deliveries and pickups for the day.
• Document the shipment, delivery, and pickup of each machine.
• Attach photos of the equipment as evidence of its condition upon delivery and receipt.
• Capture the recipient's signature directly on the screen.
• Record the fuel level and hour meter reading.
Machinery
• View the fleet: equipment details, current status, and location.
• Check the spare parts inventory.
• Receive notifications of items requiring attention.
ABOUT PERMISSIONS
The application requests camera, photo, and location access only when necessary:
the camera and gallery to attach evidence, and location to record where a delivery or pickup took place. There is no continuous or background tracking, and you can revoke any permission from your phone's settings. Information is encrypted and used exclusively for ADCOMA's operations.
