everything is fine except the user interface. it's horrible; choosing specific batches to enroll, customising notifications for a specific batch (it sends too many notifications of which maximum is useless), to know if a class of a specific topic has been done or not I have to open that exact topic of that subject only then I can tell, on the topic chart it says how many classes will be done instead it could be how many of how many has been done. these things need to be improved.

There are too many ads as soon as you open the app or click on any relevant notification. There is no way you can close these ads, they will come one after another and lead you to a section completely different from the notification/ news/ job alert, whatever you were looking for. To the adda 24×7 team, please solve this as soon as possible.

I enrolled in an online course from Adda247, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. This app is not useful at all for serious exam preparation. There is no proper study material available as per the exam requirements, nor is the content aligned with the latest exam pattern. Moreover, the customer care number provided in the app is completely unresponsive. Calls are never answered, and there is no reply to queries even after multiple attempts.
