Absolutely pathetic experience with Adda Times. I paid ₹299 for a 3 month subscription, but even after the payment was deducted successfully, the app still keeps asking me to subscribe again. It has been more than an hour and I still cannot watch any content. Customer support is completely useless. The support email does not work, the contact number gets no response, and even the Google contact details are outdated because that person has already left the company. Very unprofessional service.

I want to cancel my subscription immediately. This has been a very poor experience. I am unable to log back into the TV app after logging out to use the mobile app, and I have received no response from your support team regarding this issue. Please cancel my subscription and issue a full refund.

Today I wanted to subscribe to Addatimes and went ahead to pay the full amount in the website. The payment was successful and money got deducted from my account, but the website showed "Something went wrong". When I tried to access it again, they said "No subscription" in my account. I tried to contact them via WhatsApp, but no response. Horrible experience. Update: Got help from support team. Nice contents.
