Frequent crashes while browsing and watching. The TV app is one of the worst OTT apps. You can't browse categories and contents more than 20 secs as the app crashes. Also while watching an episode of 20 mins it crashes 4 times. It is also not possible to pause the video with a single click as the default selection on clicking is the back symbol, not the pause. They should spend money on developing the app properly. It seems like wasted my money.

Today I wanted to subscribe to Addatimes and went ahead to pay the full amount in the website. The payment was successful and money got deducted from my account, but the website showed "Something went wrong". When I tried to access it again, they said "No subscription" in my account. I tried to contact them via WhatsApp, but no response. Horrible experience. Update: Got help from support team. Nice contents.

Worst experience ever. You cannot see it on TV. Support team never picks up. What's more when you try to log in you won't be sent the OTP within time or even better you won't be sent any at all. Neither can you enter with your password. So that means even after being a paid subscriber you won't be able to watch. While watching you would find frozen screens, won't be able to go back and restart. My Rs799 has been a total waste. Feeling like a fool to have subscribed.
