Not able move forward from main screen . I request taqa to raise issue with internal IT team customeris suffering. looks like IT app testing is not done properly.

Can't make payment with saved cards. Payment via the app fails way too often. Fix these bugs soon as possible as the app is a convenient way to pay the bills. Out of the blue, can't even log in. Doesn't recognise password nor usename. Kindly get a good programmer to fix the app. It would be a very convenient way to pay bills if only it works.

i had the notifcation with old app once tried to open "unable to fetch the requested information please restart the application" I tried multiple times and got same problem with new app
