Since the last update, the application is not working and hanging on the first screen, I think the main issue is as part of last upgrade locations services access become mandatory and because many smart phones in UAE without GPS or Camera as work requirements, many applications become not working in this smart phones

stuck on main screen for 2 or 3 months now!, it gives me some comfort to see so many others say the same thing, FIX IT! s24 ultra but my wife has same phone and can get it to work even with same settings

Can't make payment with saved cards. Payment via the app fails way too often. Fix these bugs soon as possible as the app is a convenient way to pay the bills. Out of the blue, can't even log in. Doesn't recognise password nor usename. Kindly get a good programmer to fix the app. It would be a very convenient way to pay bills if only it works.
