As God led the Israelites through the wilderness for 40 years, he provided for their physical nourishment by sending from heaven each morning a grainy white substance called manna which covered the ground like frost and was gathered up by God's people. That story reminds us how God provides for the spiritual nourishment of His people by sending his word from heaven which has been collected in the Bible.

Loving the app so far. I schedule the reminders to show up while I'm on break at work, so that's nice. A few suggestions: 1. Option to pick other Bible Tanslations. Catholic Bible would be nice. Maybe it's there and I just don't know it. 2. Option to "read more". Maybe a "next verse" button so we can push a bit further. 3. Option to pick where we start. I like the Proverbs. Would love to have most of my verses start there. 4. A "seasons" pick. Like Lenten verses, or Advent verse

Its great! It let's you set your time for the verse, and you can favorite or share it. A problem I'm having is that when I open up one of my favorites, it will show it for about a second, then go to my daily one, saying that the daily one is favorited. Then I unfavorite the daily one, and it removes the originally favorited verse from favorites. Please fix this.

I really like how the verses come in small bits that are easy to comprehend. The bible has always felt overwhelming to read so I have avoided it. You also have the option for sending notification reminders and are able to save your favorite verses. I really recommend this app!
