Adera Moteregna Driver is the delivery companion for registered and approved Adera riders.

Use the app to:
• Complete rider registration and submit required documents
• Go online when you are available for deliveries
• Receive nearby delivery offers
• Review pickup, drop-off, package, and payment details
• Accept or reject delivery requests
• Contact customers and recipients during active deliveries
• Navigate between pickup and drop-off locations
• Submit pickup and delivery proof when required
• Confirm deliveries using the recipient's verification code
• View active and completed deliveries
• Check your wallet balance and transaction history
• Top up your rider wallet through supported payment providers

Location
This app collects location data to show your position to the customer and to send you nearby delivery offers. It keeps collecting location in the background while you are online or on an active delivery, even when the app is closed or not in use. Go offline at any time to stop background location collection.

Camera and photos
The camera and your photo library are used to submit registration documents, a profile photo, and pickup or delivery proof.

Payments
Wallet top-ups are handled by Telebirr through Chapa. Adera Moteregna Driver never asks for your card details.

An approved Adera rider account is required. Registration is reviewed by the Adera team before you can accept deliveries.
