About this app

Adimove keeps parents and drivers connected to the school run.

This app is for families and drivers of schools that use the Adimove school
transport system. You sign in with the phone number your school already has
on record — there is no public sign-up.

FOR PARENTS

• Live bus map — see the vehicle carrying your child on a map, with its
current speed and the time of the last update. Open the position in Google
Maps for directions.
• Pickup and drop alerts — a notification the moment the driver records your
child boarding or leaving the bus, so you know they are on their way
without having to call anyone.
• Travel history — every pickup and drop for your child, with dates and
times, so you can check any day at a glance.
• Fee status — the current transport fee due, amount paid to date, and any
reminders raised by the school office.
• More than one child — all your children appear in one account.

FOR DRIVERS

• Your assigned students — the roster for the vehicle you are driving today,
kept up to date by the school office.
• Check in and check out — mark each student picked up or dropped. Every
action is recorded with GPS, giving the school and the parent a reliable
record of the trip.
• Duty summary — today's progress at a glance: who has boarded, who is still
to be collected, and what remains outstanding.
• Notifications — updates relevant to your route and duty.

HOW IT WORKS

Enter your registered mobile number and confirm the one-time code sent to
it. The app then shows the parent or driver view automatically, based on how
the school has registered you. There is nothing to configure.

LOCATION AND PRIVACY

Drivers' location is used to record where a pickup or drop took place and to
show the vehicle's position to the parents travelling on that route. Parents
see the bus position only for the vehicle their own child is assigned to.
Location is not collected from parents' phones.

Student details, routes and fees are managed by the school. Adimove displays
what the school records; it does not sell data or share it with advertisers.

Contact your school transport office — they manage registrations, routes and
fees. If your number is not recognised, ask the office to check the number
they hold for you.
