The Gesconecta application connects you to the Advisory Profile, giving them access to a Document Management web platform. It changes the traditional way of working by allowing you to easily upload photos or documents of invoices issued, received or tickets converted to PDF format.
Take a photo of your purchase invoice or ticket, and easily share it with Gesconecta, for further processing and accounting. Sample in the Advisor Profile client portal. Gesconecta will convert the photograph into a PDF for further processing.
Upload a document to the office from the mobile device, Tablet, etc., classifying the type of document and start the treatment process for the perfect accounting in Gesconecta.
Subsequently, the production tools of Perfil Asesor process the information, adapt it and publish it later in a real collaborative environment.
