About this app

ADITUM Guard is the access-control scanner for event security staff. Stand at a
gate, scan an attendee's pass QR code, and get a clear ALLOW or DENY in under a
second — with the name, photo and reason you need to make the call.

Built for real doors and real queues: one tap to the next scan, works on any
zone of your event, and everything a guard sees is scoped to the post they are
working.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Sign in securely with email, password and a one-time code — the second factor
is asked once per device.
• Pick your event and the exact zone you are covering; switch location any time.
• Scan a badge with the camera, or type the token by hand when scanning is not
practical.
• See an instant verdict: ALLOW with the attendee's photo, category and
session, or DENY with the exact reason.
• Review your own checks for the day and running totals for your shift.

• Fast: the ALLOW screen clears itself so the line keeps moving.
• Clear: colour, name and reason are readable at a glance in daylight or a dark
hall.
• Private by design: attendee photos are shown only on the result screen, never
saved to the device; screenshots and screen recording are blocked app-wide.
• Reliable: an unknown badge is still a normal result, not an error, and a
dropped connection never double-counts a scan.

ABOUT ACCESS
ADITUM Guard requires an ADITUM organizer account with a security staff role for
your event. It is a companion to the ADITUM accreditation platform and has no
standalone mode.
