Pretty useless - booked a delivery day in advance only to be notified on the day that there was no one in the area. What's the point in scheduling a delivery..?

One of the worst service.. I have been using their service almost a year. But they never delivered on time. They take atleast 1 to 2 hour to deliver the cylinder, while other providers do it in 20 mins. I have made complaints several times but no improvement. I was only using their service only for the comfort of paying in credit but I am not going to use them anymore.

Service is fast and perfect. I am used to calling other companies and then wait for 2-3 hours (if i am lucky) to get replacement of cylinder but not with AD LPG. They have online service where one can register easily, order as well as pay online. Moreover, it gives status updates of driver with his name and number. So it gets delivered to doorstep without any hassle.
