Documents compliant with French law, compliance check, maintenance tracking and tax module. First property free. No subscription. The French landlord app that works in English.

Built for private landlords, SCIs and LMNP hosts — including expats managing from abroad: the app works in English, your paperwork ships in French. Templates follow the law of 6 July 1989, ALUR, ELAN and the Le Meur act (2024).

LONG-TERM DOCUMENTS
Furnished / unfurnished / flatshare leases (bail), rent receipt (quittance, art. 21), move-in/move-out inspection (état des lieux) + inventory, service-charge reconciliation, IRL rent revision, lease amendment, guarantor deed (caution solidaire), management mandate, formal notice for unpaid rent, payment certificate, deposit return, key handover, works request, proof-of-residence certificate, tenant and landlord notice letters.

SHORT-TERM — MEUBLÉ DE TOURISME
Seasonal rental contract + property description (état descriptif), inventory + key handover, per-property profile (registration number, primary residence, 90/120-night cap, change of use, tourist tax), stays log + guest invoices, micro-BIC regimes 50% classified / 30% non-classified, réel BIC, LMNP.

Documents are generated in French (the legally binding language) + an English reference version.

COMPLIANCE & MAINTENANCE CHECK
Per-property compliance score: what's done, due or missing. DPE letting bans (G 2025, F 2028, E 2034), SIRET/LMNP, short-term registration & tourist tax. Deadlines: chimney sweep, boiler, heat pump/AC, gas and electrical checks, DPE, septic tank — with email reminders.

TENANT MANAGEMENT (long-term)
Tenant portal (categorised messaging + encrypted vault), payment tracking, late-rent alerts, structured requests. €7 to link a tenant to a property — switching tenants is free.

E-SIGNATURE (eIDAS)
Simple electronic signature (EU Regulation 910/2014, art. 25.1). For leases, inspections, amendments, guarantor deeds and seasonal rental contracts.

TAX MODULE
Regime detection (micro-foncier, réel, micro-BIC classified/non-classified, réel BIC, LMNP), social levies estimate (17.2%), pointers to returns 2042 / 2044 / 2042-C-PRO / 2031 / 2072 (SCI), income and deductible-expenses summary.

ANALYTICS & ALERTS
Occupancy and rent-collection rates, multi-property dashboard. Alerts: lease expiry (D-90/60/30/7), IRL, landlord (PNO) insurance, maintenance.

First property FREE — 10 document generations (no card required), Pack €49 / 50 generations, each additional property €39 / 50 generations, tenant link €7. No commitment, no auto-renewal.

SECURITY
EU hosting, client-side AES-256-GCM encryption, 500-document vault protected by a passphrase + recovery code, account deletion and GDPR export (art. 20).
