About this app

Admiral FleetDesk is an internal fleet operations app built for drivers, machine operators and field teams.

The app helps users record daily vehicle and machine work, fuel entries, GPS location proof, photo/video proof, and vehicle document details in a simple and secure way.

Key Features:

• Daily Work Entry
Start and end daily work with vehicle/machine selection, site/project details, meter or hour reading, GPS location and work remarks.

• My Work History
View previous work entries with date, vehicle/machine, site/project, readings and status.

• Fuel Entry
Record direct fuel fill, stock fuel addition and stock fuel usage with quantity, rate, amount, meter reading, receipt number, GPS proof, photo proof and video proof.

• My Fuel Entries
View past fuel entries with fuel type, quantity, amount, status and uploaded proof details.

• Vehicle Documents
View vehicle documents such as Insurance, Permit, PUC, Fitness and Registration with expiry status and document preview.

• English and Hindi Support
Use the app in simple English or local Hindi for easier field usage.

• Secure Login
Access is restricted to authorized company users only. User session, device details and login token are used for secure access.

Admiral FleetDesk is designed for operational control, audit-friendly records, GPS-based verification and better fleet management.

- Receipt No. moved below Supplier
- Mandatory Odometer / Meter Reading photo added
