The experience with this app is terrible. Two times now I have attempted to renew my auto insurance, and while my payment goes through and is confirmed, the app gives back an error message. Then you find yourself receiving a quote via email. You approve that quote, but they do not issue the policy, because you must prove you have paid for it. This is the first step I did and was approved! Multiple emails, phone calls, forwards to IT Dept. Save time -days- go to a live agent!

Where do I start?? When I log in it gives me "policy expired although I have working policy" and when I try to register again it says user already exists. Nothing works with this worthless app

Worst app and worst customer service, no proper response, and agent will tell what they want to tell and disconnect the chat, and after that, u will wait for unlimited time for response from an agent. Submitted claims but its not getting updated in application, when email is sent you will receive response after a week. The agents from claim department will ask and reject the claim for more information, which is already mentioned in the submitted documents, I think they will reject purposely .
