About this app

This APP works by displaying on the screen the quality and satisfaction surveys previously designed and established by the Ocean Tours company. There is a specific survey for each of the services they offer, and it allows their clients to answer them in real time using a mobile device, in the language of their preference. The information collected later is automatically inserted into their personalized system and allows them to generate performance indicators, a service quality index, and the average level of satisfaction of the people who trust them to provide them with a good service.
