Ratings and reviews

Shipments take forever. Quality isn't what it used to be. "Personalized" showroom isn't based on shopping habits or any details provided, including size. Now skip the month is missing from the app, and I got charged because there was no way to skip and customer service didn't respond. If you can find your size anywhere else, I would suggest skipping Adore Me.

The products are good quality. But the shipping is extremely slow. Over 2 weeks lately. Even though it says 5 days when order is placed. Extremely slow. Items are named and recently some items have changed names. It's a little confusing. And it would be helpful if the app told you while looking at an item, that you had already purchased it. It's a little tedious to figure that out on your own.

The app is great! Love it! 7 years ago I started buying my bras/ lingerie from Adore Me and I loved the quality, the price, the selection, everything was great! The deals were always amazing. Now though, the prices have risen a decent bit (used to be that the expensive items were $39.99, now those are the cheaper items and they did bogo ALL the time so $40 for 2 sets!) now it's spend $80 to get a deal, and the cheapest set is $50. Also, just bought underwear and they DO NOT run true to size!
