Ratings and reviews

Shipments take forever. Quality isn't what it used to be. "Personalized" showroom isn't based on shopping habits or any details provided, including size. Now skip the month is missing from the app, and I got charged because there was no way to skip and customer service didn't respond. If you can find your size anywhere else, I would suggest skipping Adore Me.

The products are good quality. But the shipping is extremely slow. Over 2 weeks lately. Even though it says 5 days when order is placed. Extremely slow. Items are named and recently some items have changed names. It's a little confusing. And it would be helpful if the app told you while looking at an item, that you had already purchased it. It's a little tedious to figure that out on your own.

Having been subscribed for one year now I am always thrilled when a new box arrives each month. I like being able to touch each item. To check for quality etc during my 7 day try on period. After choosing and completing checkout in the app.. I SIMPLY leave what I don't want in the box, tape the box, peel off my shipping label to the return label already affixed and drop it at the post office. It really is simple. The quality of the items are great. Better than the mall store VS in my opinion!
