Your phone number is never shared
Every call happens inside the app. Your number, your contact list and your location are never shown to another member — not before a call, not during, not after.

Everyone is verified
A profile only goes live after ID verification and manual review. Fake accounts are removed.

Your first call is free
Downloading the app and browsing profiles costs nothing, and your first call is free. After that, calls use in-app coins, and the rate is always on screen before the call connects. No subscription. No auto-renewal. No hidden charges.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose your language
Select the one you are most comfortable in. You can pick several.

2. Pick someone
Browse verified profiles. City, languages and availability are shown clearly on each one.

3. Start the call
Audio or video, whichever suits you. Talk for as long as you like.

Setup takes about thirty seconds. There are no long forms and no profile to build before you can start.

SAFETY IS BUILT IN

Block or report anyone in a single tap. The person you block is never told.
Every report is reviewed within 24 hours, and confirmed violations mean a permanent ban.
We do not record or store the audio or video of your calls.
We do not ask for access to your contacts or your precise location.
First Helo is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

A note on safety: no one from First Helo will ever ask you for an OTP, UPI PIN, bank password or card number. If someone does, it is a fraud attempt. Do not share it, and report it to us straight away.
