SpectraView is a real-time audio spectrum analyzer for Android. Spectrum, RTA, spectrogram, waveform, sound level meter, octave bands and a signal generator in a single audio analyzer app.
Everything is measured on your phone, from its own microphone. No account, no sign-in, no internet connection.

HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT MEASURES
A phone microphone is not a calibrated measurement microphone, and this RTA audio analyzer does not pretend otherwise.
Without a calibration profile, levels are shown in dBFS, relative to digital full scale, and labelled that way with an UNCALIBRATED marker on the main readout. Calibrate against a reference meter and the app switches to estimated dB SPL, still labelled as an estimate. The unit and the offset always move together, so a reading is never presented as sound pressure when it is not.
This is a measurement tool, not a laboratory instrument. Phone microphone response is not flat, platform processing varies between devices, and a sweep measures your speaker, room and microphone together. Relative comparisons on one device are more dependable than absolute figures.

PRIVACY
Microphone audio is analyzed in memory and overwritten by the next block. It is never uploaded and never saved as a recording; the app has no recording feature. Measurements and settings stay in private storage on your device. One permission is requested: microphone access.
