The new ADT+ app brings together the security of ADT, smart home management, and other innovative features to bring peace of mind to you and your family. It allows you to control everything, including your ADT+ home security system, Google Nest devices and other compatible smart devices.*


Security
ADT+ gives you secure mobile access to your ADT home security system, allowing you to arm and disarm your security system, monitor your home virtually anywhere, and manage access.

Smart Home Management
Manage your home virtually anywhere. Arm and disarm your security system, stream live video and view video history from your Nest cameras and receive personalized alerts and emails for events around your home like arming, disarming, and intelligent alerts from your smart home devices.

Trusted Neighbor™
Eligible customers can take advantage of ADT’s Trusted Neighbor™. Trusted Neighbor™ is a new ADT service that lets you grant secure, temporary access to your home through the ADT+ app. Trusted Neighbor™ is designed to give you peace of mind and is the latest example of our commitment to empowering you to protect and connect what matters most.

My Safety
Introducing a new personal safety service built right into the ADT+ app and included with your Pro Monitoring plan at no additional cost. With 24/7 access to ADT’s monitoring agents across the U.S., help on-the-go is a tap away. My Safety keeps an eye out before situations escalate – offering check-ins, discreet alerts, and fast access to help when something doesn’t feel right.***

3 stars, because it's an ok app; but PLEASE GIVE THE OPTION TO SELECT WHICH NOTIFICATIONS YOU WANT TO RECEIVE!!! you can currently only turn ALL notifications on or off, but i should be able to select WHICH notifications i want to receive, so my phone isn't blowing up all day, for non-important things, it should only blow up if there's a break in, if i select that notification. please give us that freedom!

This is supposed to be one of the better home security systems, I have it, and it's a joke because you gotta keep resetting your password i found one that better than this one, at least her technicians come out. And fix the problem and it costs less. But has more protection. I can't even get into my cameras. I'm done

Inferior to Google Guard system. The only reason I have ADT+ is that I got it for free when Google killed their security system. It is just bad in comparison. Just today it decided not to trigger an alarm when my garage door opens. it shows it open in the app, but just don't bother to react to it (and no, it was not bypassed). I happened a few times over the 2 years I have the system. now I have to reset and link/unlink the sensor like 5 times to get it running.
