Occasionally the app won't connect, and the way that I was instructed to correct this issue, is to disconnect the electrical power source, open the panel, then disconnect the internal battery. Once you reconnect both power source, the system resets, then operate normal. That is a nuisance, and requires some time and patience. It is also slow to connect, compared to my vivint system.

Before this new update, I could easily access everything with a couple taps. Now, it's a dozen buttons to find the simplest command. My cameras no longer continuously record. It captures moments at random. I do not want to pay for security that no longer provides the service I signed up for years ago. Make your app more user friendly, easier access to your own account features, and when settings are changed, it should update immediately.

I just tried calling ADT and after several reviews below about the update and not being able to expand a recorded clip, they are saying it's my cell and they have never heard of this issue. There was an update recently. Ever since the update, you can view each camera and rotate and zoom. But when you try to do the same with the clips, it rotates the entire app and not just the video. And you cannot expand the video. Terrible. I'm paying for 9 cameras on my home and can't even view the clip
