About the same as everyone has already said. One plus side is that, it is better than nothing We lucked up and system was already installed on our home so we just went with it. not that expensive. The app works when it wants to, always an issue with connection, alerts don't always come on time, doorbell works but notifications do not come in time to answer it.

App used to work fairly well. Nothing special about it. Now, it does not connect rendering it completely useless. The point of the app was to be able to connect and disconnect remotely and now we cannot do that. In response to the developer's request for more information: the app does not connect with the system. On the dashboard, it says it is "connecting" and stays grayed out instead of showing the alarm status. As a result, I cannot arm or disarm the alarm.

All the same problems described by others recently. I can log in the the app just fine, but it never connects to the alarm, requiring me to manually arm and disarm at the panel. The app is up to date, and this happens whether I am on wifi or cellular. If the developer still asks what the problem is, we know they aren't actually reading the reviews, just auto replying to low scores.
