Awful! Can't use it at all. Ever since the July update. Had problems earlier in the year as well then they fixed it only to be left with thw same issue yet again. I can't even log on to the website and arm/disarm!!! Why pay the money monthly when it's such a HASSLE to keep the app working for customers properly. I have Uninstalled the app and reinstall multiple times and still won't work! Very frustrating for the money we pay for this system!

UPDATED: I went to the ADT website, I logged in there. After I did that, the app was able to login again. Not sure what happened there. ------------------ It used to work, can't login now. For the last few days it simply doesn't let me login, doesn't let me reset my password, there is no way to get in. I've seen online multiple complaints about the same.

It's ok. Not the best, not the worst. My cameras are finally working again. I was ready to get rid of them. We'll see how it goes for now. UPDATE : Cameras are not working all the time. Until I find someone better (or something better than this garbage) we're kinda stuck. Even their wifi extender doesn't work that great. And their expensive, lots of money for maybe it will / maybe it won't work cameras.
