Haven't been able to effectively use the app since October. I got a new phone in November and I can't even login, so I'm not receiving any notifications or alerts. Yes, I've deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. I spoke to customer service and was first told I needed a new login account, then told there's "issues" with the app with no ETA of when it will be fixed. 🤔 I've been a customer for nearly 8 years, so I'm very disappointed in the inefficiency at all.

About the same as everyone has already said. One plus side is that, it is better than nothing We lucked up and system was already installed on our home so we just went with it. not that expensive. The app works when it wants to, always an issue with connection, alerts don't always come on time, doorbell works but notifications do not come in time to answer it.

8/18/23. This app is acting up again. This time, it hasn't let me sign in for at least the past 5 days. It times out when I try to sign in and gives me an error message. Also, it won't communicate with Alexa. It worked well up unto 1/21/2020. Now it opens with an error message code 999. The dashboard is always in the unarmed position and will not change to armed.
