It streamlines daily workflows by providing step-by-step guidance, device onboarding tools, real-time validations, and job-specific information. Upon the arrival of the ADT technician at the customer's residence and subsequent login to the application, they will be presented with the installation job for the ADT security system that has been assigned to them.
