It's actually impressive how poorly coded this app is. App crashes very consistently needing to be restarted several times daily, every individual menu selection takes a full minute to process, calls often go back to assigned status after showing enroute, and inventory counts do not update until the next day if not later, and service calls have no relevant information pertaining to the site (terminal numbers, model of equipment, what network is being used)

crashes often, slow. get rid of the pretty animations this is a tool. also make a decision tabs or swipe - honestly get rid of swipe - so many tasks require us to scroll side to side - instead we're changing tabs.

Horribly designed application, doesn't even have menu options for the vast majority of what I need to do my job. Kinda funny that there is no review button when you are signed into the company account....
