About this app

Customs360 is the mobile client for the Customs360 platform for customs brokers and freight forwarders in Central America. It's designed for those at the port, customs office, or on the street who need to view and manage their import files without returning to the office.

THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES
An import shipment involves dozens of emails, WhatsApp messages, and spreadsheets: the Bill of Lading, the commercial invoice, the Customs Declaration (DUCA), the container status, the free days, and the customer invoice. When the operator is out of the office, this information isn't readily available, and the customer asks for it. Customs360 puts the complete file on your phone, with the same information the rest of the team sees on the website.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• View your files with their status, progress, ETA, and free days, and change their status with a note that's saved in the log.

• Take a photo of a document with your camera or attach a PDF; The platform uses AI to read the information and displays the data it understands, along with the suggested tariff classification.

• Check arrival tracking: what's arriving today, what's arriving this week, and what's delayed, container by container, before the shipping line charges demurrage fees.

• Record file costs and view a summary by currency.

• Email the importer using your agency's email templates and the status PDF, with a preview before sending.

• Get quotes from your phone and track your clients' quote requests.

• View billing and collections, record payments, review accounts receivable aging, and share each client's statement.

• Receive platform notifications and open them directly in the file.

• Works offline to view your latest downloads; an internet connection is required for writing.

• Reopens with Face ID instead of a password.

• It displays exactly what your role and your organization's modules allow: the app doesn't fabricate data or screens.

Customs360 requires an active account within a Customs360 organization. Subscriptions are purchased at aduanas360.com and accounts cannot be created from the app.
