About this app

The H+SmartRoom app allows the patient admitted to a hospital room, which has an ISERN Medical IPTV screen, to access multiple functionalities and services:
1. Contracting and online payment of the entertainment service offered by the hospital to view the contents on the IPTV screen in the room.
2. Access to paid content, once the service has been contracted, to view TV/radio channels, access to streaming platforms (SMART TV), access to high-speed WiFi and to play content from your mobile device on IPTV.
3. Access to free content offered by the hospital: informative/training videos on care processes and health habits, organized by category. Likewise, you can access the Hospital TV channels with corporate and healthcare content from the hospital and/or the health service of the autonomous community.
4. Access to services offered by the hospital: messages to patients/companions, assessment surveys, information on menus.
5. Digital remote control functionality to manage IPTV from the patient's/companion's mobile device.
6. Functionality of automatic transfer of the contracted service to another room, in the event that the patient is transferred.
7. Digital notification system to the technical assistance and maintenance service of the IPTV screens.
