Not sure why this is rated so poorly. Some people mention they can't sign up because of terms of conditions popping up when hitting tick boxes, well all you do is scroll to the bottom of the terms page and hit the accept button and it ticks the box for you, easy. The sign up was quick and I book a video consultation for the next morning (I'm currently on holiday in Japan), which I just concluded bang on time. No reason not to give it a full 5 stars.

The App is a little counterintuitive when registering. To tick the acceptance boxes you have to scroll down the t&c's and then tick the accept box at the bottom. You do need an access code. Mine has just come in an email, but I had no idea my travel insurance included this potentially very useful service when I bought it last week. Perhaps on the initial sign in screen it should say "Register below first, then sign in). As ever it's the " getting started" bit that could be a bit easier.

Won't work at all. Won't intiialise. Can't even take a screenshot as app prevents. Useless and frustrating, especially as I am currently extremely sick and need help
