Ratings and reviews

I like this app a lot, but only recently has it been acting up. I can't log into my account because it keeps saying I have bad connection, even after disconnecting and reconnecting to wifi, restarting my phone and even installing and uninstalling the app. It's just a little frustrating.

It's great that the mobile app was updated with a new look and some new features but the only reason that I don't like it now is that it takes way too long (30-60 seconds) to load the window when clicking on your accounts to view transactions. Prior to the update it loaded immediately. Once the loading is corrected the app will be much better.

Used their bank for over 30 years. Been happy with their service. In regards to the app, an update in Jan 2026 has made mobile deposits crash the program. It is now March 2026 with no fix. Sadly is the ONLY function I need working with my travel work demands. I hope it is fixed soon.
