Ratings and reviews

I would say 20% of the time, I can't access any of my online banking information. This app is not always up and running, as it should be, for the convenience of their customers. This sometimes working app and their sometimes online banking is what is making me consider putting my money elsewhere. Very frustrating to not know your information and not be able to constantly access it.

Overall not too bad an app. It was much better when they managed their own Visa account. You could organize your purchases by adding a description of the transaction. Now that they have outsourced their Visa accounting it's horrible (only the visa portion). Rest of the app is okay.

Since their upgrade it has be a nightmare with this credit union. I have been to my local branch many times to clear up problems an they say they will fit the problem with my ATM and credit card with new ones and now i have to get and cary cash to do my shopping for groceries and medications . Lousy upgrade.
