Manage your accounts at the touch of your fingertips with the Advantis Mobile Banking App. It’s a secure and simple way to review and manage your finances wherever you are, 24 hours a day!

FEATURES:

SECURITY:
• Advantis Mobile Banking is protected with SSL encryption, the same security protections our members are provided when logging into online banking from a web browser
• Password and security questions are required at login
• Inactivity time-out period
• If your mobile device becomes lost or stolen, you can quickly deactivate access to your accounts by logging into online banking using a web browser and changing your password or by contacting Advantis Credit Union at 503-785-2528

REQUIREMENTS:
You must be a current Advantis Credit Union member and a registered user of Advantis Online Banking. Before you can begin paying bills with your mobile device, you must register for Advantis electronic bill payment. To register for online banking and bill payment, simply visit www.advantiscu.org using a web browser – it’s fast and easy! While Advantis' mobile banking services are free, your mobile carrier may assess text messaging and/or web access charges.

I can't stand the new way to sign in on the app. You used to be able to just click sign in saved and it would let you just click it then your in then see your bank amount. I dread signing in because they make you put in your user and password right back in everytime you want to transfer or just check your account balance then it loads so slow signing in. It's good if you need help with anything you can message someone or even better live chat a person. Update: turn on biometrics to fix it works.

We're sorry to hear about your login experience! If you've got Biometrics enabled in the app, you can always tap the Biometrics icon (the smiley face) on the login screen. Doing things like using a unique password for each profile you have helps keep your accounts safe and can help reduce how often you're asked to enter your password at login.

The latest UI update overhauled many of the convenient features I liked about the app. Now logging in is a huge hassle and slow, if not impossible. Instead of a PIN feature, it's 3-factor authentication process. Password, captcha test, and code verification. Your device is never remembered. Captcha is always the same too. Snapshot feature is gone too. It's possible to have robust security and convenience, but this update fails at both.

Slow as molasses. Takes forever for the login screen to appear. Often prompts me to confirm my device, which I have done DOZENS of times by going through the call code authentication process. It's like it periodically forgets my phone. Also doesn't load account information as fast as even an ATM does. I've tested this by approving an incoming payment, then checking my balance on an ATM (which showed the correct balance) and then checking the app (which did not). Thinking of switching CUs.
