ETA: This is genuinely one of the worst apps I've ever used. I switched to a different bank. ******* This is insane. I've been trying to log in for over 30 minutes. This is the first time I've been able to for 4 days. They closed the entire bank, every aspect of the bank, for FOUR DAYS, when RENT IS DUE, to do a merger that WE DIDN'T GET TO SAY NO TO. Over and over they demonstrate horrible judgment and communication. Okay I got logged in, hours later. This is horrible.

Pending transfers do not reflect in account balances nor on the transfers page. I can't see a way to find them, so either they aren't on the app at all or are not intuitive. This makes it difficult, if not impossible, to reconcile my account without calling the credit union. Otherwise, the app works as expected.

Hi, Tahni! You can find upcoming and past transfers inside the Transfers Widget (Transfers shortcut at the bottom of your screen or More Menu > Transfer & Pay > Transfers). Future and recurring transfers will be in the Scheduled Transfers section and past transfers will be in the Activity section. If you still have questions, call or chat us!

I can log into my account, view things in my account, close the app after logging out, even force close by swiping the app away, but within about 10 minutes a pop-up comes up that the app has crashed. The only way I can get that message to not show up is if I go into settings find the app and tell it to force stop. I like that the new app combines business and personal accounts into one, there are several things that are nice and user friendly, but there are still bugs.
