The purpose of this application to schedule appointment for the Nurse Practitioners (NP). The NP visits members (patients) as per appointments in order to collect their health status.
In this application, NP can share his/her availability against the upcoming calendar days. NP will receive appointment schedule for upcoming days. Once visit is done, NP will submit the status of the an appointment on same day as completed. If NP misses to submit the status of visit, Application will show visit status as pending. Also, NP can share daily status comments which will be submitted to the server.
