The Advanzia app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to send messages to its users. It is necessary to secure transactions with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) via in-app notifications. For this purpose, a previously generated anonymous Firebase installation ID (FID) is sent to Google so that we can identify app users and send them messages for SCA purposes. The installation ID is stored in your device's keychain in a secure location that is strictly necessary for the services to be available and is removed when the app is uninstalled. In addition to the mandatory SCA notifications, the FID is also used as absolutely necessary for optional notifications that you can request within the app. Information about the functionality of cloud messaging can be found at https://firebase.google.com/products/cloud-messaging/

Ratings and reviews

The app stopped working, website does not let me log in, customer support is closed over the weekend. Customer support previously ignored my emails. phone support took one hour and then the call broke. Called again, waited another hour. Could barely hear what the operator said. And they do not speak english. And they can and will block the card at any time if you try to use it. And then be unreachable. Leaving you without money in a sensitive situation like travalling abroad Totally unreliable!

I don't recommend this bank and app at all. I got some money from this card, and they booked it two times, which I was on minus much more than my limit !! lots of calling and email and follow up with customer service, and after 3 weeks , there is a reply or correction. such an awful customer service I have never experienced in Germany. be careful and take care where you invest your nerves.

APP and card is useless. Avoid this APP and credit card at all cost. its not the credit or limit. Its the whole user experience thats bad. Let me explain. If I use the card out of home country it gets blocked. If I use the card online it gets blocked, not because of funds but because they think its fraud. Then you have to call German number only in weekdays and businesses hours, which cost roaming charges when in Hong Kong, Dubai or Chicago. Utterly amateur business!!
