Cookie information
The Advanzia app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to send messages to its users. It is necessary to secure transactions with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) via in-app notifications. For this purpose, a previously generated anonymous Firebase installation ID (FID) is sent to Google so that we can identify app users and send them messages for SCA purposes. The installation ID is stored in your device's keychain in a secure location that is strictly necessary for the services to be available and is removed when the app is uninstalled. In addition to the mandatory SCA notifications, the FID is also used as absolutely necessary for optional notifications that you can request within the app. Information about the functionality of cloud messaging can be found at https://firebase.google.com/products/cloud-messaging/

Ratings and reviews

It's a good app however i dislike one thing... It's about the updation of account details...."for updation I believe it takes more that 2 weeks or more" and because of that you could not figureout accurate figure of amount you have spent ( total amount from credit not saying about the payment of particular shopping). It needs to be updated with the time.

The app itself is probably good but it can be significantly improved as a service. Online reviews mention that the app is multilingual. That doesn't seem to be the case, and only German is available. It also does not allow screenshots to use Google lens or similar features. Additionally, my card was also lost in the post so I've contacted the customer service in-app (in German) without a response. I would look elsewhere if I hadn't started with this one.

In the ads it states that the banking app is designed for english speakers to make it easier using their account. The language is only German and screenshot are not allowed so your unable to translate the app via Google lens or any other app. You have to physically type words into a translator switching between apps and thats even worse... or to have another phone which you could use Google lens on and view the banking app via another phone. The bank it self is OK but the app is not good.
