About this app
Enablement is the mobile companion to the Enablement platform. It gives you your organization's secured files, forms, approvals and messages on your phone or tablet.
You need an account issued by your organization to use this app. It is not a consumer product, and there is no public sign-up: if your employer or client does not run Enablement, the app will have nothing to show you.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Secured files
Open, upload and share files held in your organization's encrypted storage. Files shared with you appear in your list, and access follows the permissions your administrators set.
Secure email
Read and send messages inside the platform, with attachments, without leaving the app.
Forms and approvals
Fill in the forms your organization has built, sign them on screen, and act on the approvals waiting for you. Work you submit moves straight into the workflow it belongs to.
Scanning and capture
Use the camera to scan barcodes and QR codes into a form, attach photos and videos, or dictate a field by voice instead of typing.
Biometric sign-in
Unlock the app with fingerprint or face recognition where your device supports it. The match happens on your device and the result never leaves it.
ABOUT PERMISSIONS
The app asks only for what a feature needs, at the point you use it.
Camera is for scanning codes and attaching photos. Microphone is for voice input. Photos and files are for attaching what you choose to send. Nearby devices is for connecting to Bluetooth accessories such as a scanner. Location is used to record where activity happened, which supports access auditing and fraud detection; you can refuse it and the rest of the app keeps working.
We do not run advertising, and there is no third-party analytics or tracking in this app.
