Update 10/5/24: Now cannot even log in. Can't do anything with additional accounts other than view them. On the website, I can refresh accounts that have lost connectivity (which happens a lot) or update manually added accounts for which there's no way to link electronically. I'll be continuing to use the website until this is fixed in the app.

App often hangs when I try to launch it, forcing me to close/reopen it. UPDATE: The app mostly does not hang anymore! Now I occasionally run into an issue with authentication, where the only fix seems to be removing/reinstalling the app, but this is rare. App otherwise send to work fine. Although it doesn't seem as capable as the web site, it currently satisfies most of my needs.

This is a terrible app and website. I am unable to retrieve my tax documents using the app and when I go to the desktop site on my phone I still am not able to retrieve the documents. Even when I click on "desktop site") I have to scrounge around and find an actual computer to log in & retrieve documents. Not everybody has a pc, it shouldn't be necessary when we have a computer in our hand. I wish this company would get into the new century and improve their tools!
