The worst ticketing app and experience ever to deal with for a live concert. Whoever is managing this and the whole managing team that deciced to even implement this horrible piece of garbage shouldnt be in business.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Everytime I try to purchase ticket, it forces me to log back in. It will then throw me a "username/password didn't match" nonsense. Once I actually got into a queue; there's no queue number, estimated time for my turn or anything to indicate my expected waiting period other than a simple progress bar at the bottom. EDIT: Forgot the best part. Once it was my turn, my page turned into "error: rate exceeded". What a joke of an event company.
