terrible app doesn't load anything and I've done everything possible t9 get it to work. I've gone to my Verizon store and they dont know what the issue is

The app is easy to navigate and fun as well. They have contest on here that are amazing. I love each and every one of the radio personalities with Cat County they are down to earth and fun to be around and listen to. They are radio station of the year yet again and it's because they deserve it. Each and every one of them work hard at what they do.
