The Adzkia Tutoring Center first operated in 1988, founded by Prof. Dr. Irwan Prayitno, M.Psi., a former Governor of West Sumatra. It began as a small tutoring course in a rented building in the PGAI Jati Complex, Padang. In 1988, Irwan had just completed his studies at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Indonesia.

Together with several colleagues, driven by a strong determination to advance, Irwan founded the Adzkia Tutoring Center. In Medan, Adzkia Tutoring Center began operating in 2003, under the leadership of Mr. Jamhur Abdullah, ST, M.Si., with its initial location on Jalan Gadjah Mada. To this day, Adzkia Tutoring Center has held a special place in the community.

With the growing number of students, Adzkia has expanded its location to several locations, ensuring greater accessibility.
