Tongisa is the streaming platform designed and developed by Hourglass Trading based in Cape Town, South Africa. Its primary objective is to market African videos and to allow producers of visual media of African origin and Africans to sell and/or distribute their video through a platform adapted to African social and financial realities. The project is launching from South Africa with the Democratic Republic of Congo as its launching point.
