The tour itself is very good. The Louvre is too big to take on without guidance and he does a great job with it... detailed but not too detailed. My only complaint, and I mean only, is the pronunciation of many words and names... they just aren't traditional and somewhat affected my opinion. I would strongly recommend to others, however.

I have completed several self guided tours over the years. I bought the Montmartre walking tour. Not only was this the worst tour I have been on, but possibly one of the worst purchases of my life. There were no audible directions or tips where to walk to next. Several of the photos did not even match the attraction, making it very difficult to work out if you were at the right location. Not once during the tour were you asked to look out for a particular point of interest.

great that I was able to start and stop. allowed me to explore off track but come back to the tour. was able to split it across days, and was able to understand what was said, and review as needed. With a real guide I probably would have to dealt with an accent, or would have missed some descriptions. thanks
