Through the BN @ tic application, the National Bank of Algeria offers you banking services anywhere and anytime.

This application is free and access to your accounts is done with the same identifiers used on the e-Banking site.

The application has two spaces:

- A public space offering the possibility to access any person to peripheral services (Guide, Offers, Our agencies).

- An authenticated space accessible via the e-Banking credentials and gives you access to the services listed below:

- View balances of your accounts and your latest transactions;
- Search your transactions in your account statement;
- View and share your bank identification number (RIB);
- Follow the exchange rate and convert your currency;
- Exchange with your bank via messaging
- Consult your cards and card statements
- Oppose a card
- Make transfers and sign rebates;
- Manage beneficiaries;
- See all bank branches on a map;

This app is really terrible. Yeah, it looks secure, but it's super slow and outdated, missing tons of features, and the thing that pisses me off the most is that salary updates/payments get delayed by days.

Terrible, take ages to update, should get rid of it, useless and no competant customer care or IT to take our concern seriously and with follow up. Very disappointing.

People here complaining about email verification for months but it still not fixed!!! PLEASE FIX THE EMAIL VERIFICATION ISSUE ✉️ من فضلكم اصلحو مشكلة البريد الالكتروني انا انتضر رسالة التفعيل منذ الامس ولكن لاجدوا! ايضا يجب تحديث التطبيق قليلا خصوصا الواجهة و طريقة تسجيل الدخول لانها تبدو قديمة جدا Veuillez résoudre le probléme de vérification des emails ✉️ Merci.
