How do I reset my password, if there is no "forget password" option available? The initial password doesn't work. The website didn't offer an assistance in resetting the password. what am I supposed to do?

Works really well. Super happy with this app.

Always saying u have no permission and i have to contact administration, and when i do, they tell me everything is okay, which is not
