About this app

AEEIW Field Operations is the official field-management app for AEEIW LTD — Telecommunication & IT Networks and Security Solutions. It gives admins and engineers one place to assign work, track progress on every PON job, capture proof of work on site, and calculate payments automatically.

Built for teams in the field: fast, simple, and works straight from your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Live dashboard
See the numbers that matter at a glance — total PONs, live and in-progress jobs, photos captured, HyperOptic visit progress, and total value. Admins get a status breakdown across every build stage plus a top-engineer leaderboard.

• PON register (admin)
Create, assign and reassign PON jobs, update build status, set schedule dates and remarks. Totals update live from each engineer's logged work.

• Daily schedule
Plan engineer assignments by project and date, with a clear per-engineer view of what's due.

• Activities & photos
Log the quantities completed against agreed activity rates and attach photos as evidence for each activity, straight from the camera. Totals are calculated for you.

• HyperOptic visits on the map
Plan routes and see every job plotted on an interactive map, so engineers know exactly where to go next.

• My PONs (engineer)
Engineers see only the jobs assigned to them, enter completed quantities, attach photo evidence and save — no clutter, no rates or totals they don't need.

• Start & end of day
Capture vehicle checks, travel times, locations and end-of-day records for accurate daily logs and attendance.

• Payment summary & Excel export
Admins get total jobs and earnings per engineer with a grand total, and can export everything to a spreadsheet in one tap.

ROLE-BASED ACCESS
Admins, engineers, assistant engineers, drivers and clients each see only the pages and information relevant to them. Engineers never see rates or payment totals.

SECURE BY DESIGN
Sign-in is required, passwords are stored hashed, and file downloads (photos, attachments, risk assessments) are protected so engineers can only open files for their own jobs.

This app connects to your organisation's AEEIW Field Operations account. You need a valid engineer or admin login provided by your administrator to use it.
