AEEIW Field Operations is a complete job and workforce management app for
teams working on site.

Everything a field team needs in one place — from the moment they start
their day to the paperwork at the end of it.

JOB SCHEDULING
Assign work to engineers and crews by date, see who is doing what, and
keep everyone's schedule up to date. Engineers open the app and see
exactly what is due today.

DAILY ATTENDANCE & TIME KEEPING
Staff start and end their day in the app, so working hours are recorded
automatically. Attendance is visible to the office in real time — no
paper sheets, no chasing.

VEHICLE CHECKS
Drivers complete their daily vehicle checklist before setting off, with
photos where needed. Records are kept automatically for compliance.

RISK ASSESSMENTS
Complete a full site risk assessment on the phone before work begins,
including on-screen signatures. Each one is saved as a branded PDF and
attached to the job.

WORK RECORDING & PHOTO EVIDENCE
Log completed work against agreed rates and attach photos as proof,
straight from the camera. Photos taken with no signal are queued and
upload themselves once back in range.

JOB COMPLETION
Mark work complete or record why it could not be finished, with reasons
and notes, so the office always knows the real status.

DOCUMENTS
Job packs, drawings and site documents travel with the job — available on
the phone wherever the team is working.

REPORTS & EXPORTS
The office gets live dashboards and one-click spreadsheet exports covering
work completed, hours, attendance and job status.

PAYMENTS & EXPENSES
Work is priced automatically from agreed rates. Staff can record expenses
with receipts, and payslips are issued through the app.

WORKS OFFLINE
Built for real site conditions. The app keeps working with a poor signal
and syncs everything once a connection returns.
