Takes far too long to set up and doesn't have the tickets anyway (that's on yet another app!). Got a notification about a lineup addition but when you click on the notification, it just takes you to the home page of the app, not details of the notification. It's a really poor app that you're forced to install if you bought tickets to a Hyde Park gig.

app seems really good. some cool features such as generating an image of your personalised lineup based on bands you add to your list, a very useful map with lots of filters, and granular notification settings. also easy to use so far in terms of linking my tickets from axs. only weird thing is when loading amex perks is it shows an error saying "We're sorry, we're unable to load the offers at this time. Please try again later." but they do load regardless.

The two stars are for the performer. Awful set up, all drinks warm and totally over priced. Staff didn't have a clue about the area and how to get in/out to suit where you were trying to get. NO security at all, loads of gypsies killing each other and nothing done about it. No clean up as you go so the place was swarming in rubbish. Staffing just consisted of a load of kids standing around in groups doing nothing. Gig was great, Hyde Park - never again.
