Onshift answers the calls your business can't. When a customer calls while you're closed, busy, or on another line, Onshift sends them your reply by SMS from your own business number. They know you got their call, when you're open, and how to reach you.

Built for small businesses that run customer care from an Android phone: shops, salons, clinics, workshops, delivery services and consultants.

Reports now keep every call. Android deletes all but the last 500 calls per SIM, so busy lines lost most of the month; Onshift now keeps its own copy on the phone.
Reports open and filter much faster, even with very long histories.
