Beautiful and effective air purifier...when it works. Which is not often. I connect on the app, set up my routines and smart mode. Within 48 hours it goes offline and cycles randomly through the 5 fan settings. I would reconnect it daily which would be the entire setup over again. That was until yesterday where that wouldn't even work. The buttons won't work. The app won't see it. Support recommends I reinstall the app, password doesn't work so I reset the password and I can't login now. bricked

It's getting better. Finally after 1 1/2 years I can use app again. But most functions do not work. Aqi is not functional but cleaner works great. Basic manual functions Do work etc but many of the extra app functions do not. Still needs work... NEEDS TO HAVE A CLASS ACTION ..

We have 2 air filtration machines and love the machines. This app is awful though. It tells me one machine is offline, but it's not and when I click on it I can control it. Additionally, for a multi-user household, there doesn't seem to be a way to set up a shared account. Very confusing.
