PocketGuitar takes air guitar to the next level! A Bluetooth-enabled guitar pick allows you to play and invisible guitar while connected to the AeroBand app. Strum or pick using PocketGuitar with your phone as your fretboard. Just like PocketDrum, you can play in three different modes, learn songs, play freehand, or challenge yourself and friends in-game mode!

Ratings and reviews

The product isn't bad. Lessons are a rhythmn game, no drum sounds. The letinancy I had was during the drum set outline. The only odd thing is that sometimes while playing the game, I had to switch hand held which drumstick cause the next game wouldn't register the correct position I was performing. While I understand reviewers' gripe that the positions aren't up to date, I think this product is good for a beginner. Maybe latency they experienced was if they're more of a pro, so played faster.

Detection on the kit is a 2/10, makes it excessively frustrating to play when it either adds hits you didn't hit or ignores them entirely. If the entire point of this app is to have a drumless kit, it's literally worse than nothing because you get to pay money to be irritated. Demo videos are boring, some pages in app have no back button so you have to close, "dynamic" is spelled 'danymic". A 2nd grader made this? 0/10 would not recommend to my enemy, idea is great but execution is atrocious.

Good idea. Not well executed. No thought put into the movement and syncing with the player. Delay is horrible. Hardware sync is flimsy; one stick on, one stick off. Do yourself a favor and grab regular drum sticks, setup some boxes, cartons, etc; invite a friend. Guitar pick hardware = totally worthless. Play arpeggios worse than you've ever heard before.
