About this app

AerScheduler is the command deck for your flight school. Book aircraft and instructors, dispatch the day, close out flights, and bill from the same record, without spreadsheets or a whiteboard.

SCHEDULING
See the whole board at a glance, book aircraft, instructors, simulators and classrooms, and catch conflicts before they happen. Multi-person bookings, multi-day trips and recurring availability are all handled.

DISPATCH
Ramp out, ramp in, and close out with Hobbs and Tach readings captured on the phone at the aircraft, not typed in later from memory.

BILLING
Flight time becomes an invoice automatically, split across everyone on the booking when more than one person is flying. Members pay by card or ACH.

TRAINING RECORDS
Part 61 and Part 141 syllabi, lesson grading, and endorsements. Instructors can grade a lesson on the ramp, including with no signal.

MAINTENANCE
Track squawks and inspection due times against real aircraft hours, and ground an aircraft the moment it needs it.

CURRENCY
Flight reviews, medicals, and checkouts, with reminders before they lapse.

Requires an AerScheduler account. Schools start from $20 per aircraft per month; pilots at a subscribing school use the app at no cost.
