The Risk Management App (AESA) is a digital solution developed to optimize Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) processes in mining operations. Designed for Android and iOS devices, this tool allows supervisors to capture information directly in the field, even in areas without connectivity, thanks to its ability to operate offline.

Its main features include data collection using customized formats such as Inspections, Operational Standards Verification (OSV), Interventions, and Planned Work Observations (OPT), all tailored to AESA's specific needs. Each record includes a georeferenced location (latitude and longitude), which improves the traceability of activities.

Once the connection is reestablished, the data is automatically synchronized with a central server, allowing for the consolidation of reports and real-time monitoring by the SHE department. The app also allows integration with other systems, such as CENTINELA – MINSUR, strengthening interoperability and centralized control.

In addition, supervisors can attach photographic evidence and additional comments, as well as digitally sign forms, ensuring the validity and traceability of the recorded information. This comprehensive solution not only improves operational efficiency but also strengthens regulatory compliance and the safety culture at AESA's mining operations.
