Most Korean name services transliterate your name, or let an AI pick something that merely sounds nice. Unyul works the way a naming master does:

1. Your birth date and time become your Saju (Four Pillars) chart.
2. We find the elements your chart is short of — the favorable and supporting elements.
3. Candidate names are built only from hanja that supply those elements.
4. Every candidate is then checked against 81-numerology stroke counts and pronunciation.

Each name arrives with its hanja, meaning, and a note on what it supplies to your chart. Naming for babies and adults, and for brands, channels and pets.

Q. I don't know my exact birth time. Can I still get a reading?
A. Yes. Without a birth time we read three pillars instead of four; adding the hour later makes it more precise.

Q. Do I need to know Korean or hanja?
A. No. Every name arrives with its hanja, romanisation, meaning and pronunciation, and every reading is written in plain English.

Q. Is this the same as BaZi or Chinese astrology?
A. The Four Pillars system is shared. Saju is the Korean tradition within it, with its own calendrical calculation and its own reading conventions — that is what Unyul uses.

Q. Is a Korean name from Unyul suitable for real use?
A. Yes. Names use hanja in ordinary Korean use and are checked for pronunciation, so they read as real names to Korean speakers.
